How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the performance of a contract and to provide our services to you. This ensures that we can provide the correct services to your business address.

We may collect information by meetings, emails or calls in to our offices. Calls may be recorded, for training, monitoring and verifying orders and contracts.

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide services stated on a contract.

We may share this information with the relevant third parties only to allow us to provide the services agreed. We will not share or disclose your personal information without your consent, other that for the purpose specified or where there is a legal requirement.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored, we have several layers of security measures in place, including encryptions and password protection.

We take your privacy seriously and take every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

We only keep your personable data for as long as necessary and have a strict review and retention policy in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep basic personable data, including name, address and contact details for a minimum of 7 years. We will then dispose your information as per our policy.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing – You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
